Overall Appearance

The machine retains its original factory body with 90% new overall condition. There is no sheet metal repair or structural crack on the fuselage, and the boom, stick and main frame all keep their original paint with only normal wear marks. The classic Caterpillar yellow and black coating has high recognition with intact body labels. The counterweight, guards and other accessories are free from deformation and damage, presenting top-tier appearance among used equipment of the same age.

It is equipped with an original Caterpillar C9 ACERT diesel engine, with a rated net power of 208kW and a displacement of 8.8L, featuring sufficient power reserve and excellent fuel economy. The core engine components have never been disassembled and are completely free from oil leakage. Full inspection confirms stable idling, strong load output, and no abnormal noise or excessive smoke. With a three-stage fuel filtration system, it adapts to fuel quality in different overseas regions and operates stably even at high altitudes up to 2300m.

Hydraulic Powertrain

It adopts Caterpillar’s original dual-pump hydraulic system, with a maximum main pressure of 35MPa and a maximum flow of 281L/min per pump, delivering abundant hydraulic power. Core hydraulic components including main pumps, main valves and cylinders are all original, free from external and internal leakage. The boom, stick and bucket move smoothly and coherently, with fast response for combined movements. The swing and travel motors work stably, meeting the demands of heavy digging, heavy lifting and various hydraulic attachments.

Long Undercarriage

The extended long undercarriage is in excellent condition with very low wear on the “four wheels and one track”. Track rollers, carrier rollers, sprockets and idlers all remain in premium original condition, and track shoes are intact without deformation. With a maximum drawbar pull of 300kN and a gradeability of 30°, it travels stably on harsh unpaved surfaces such as mud, gravel and mountain terrain. The track frame is free from deformation and welding cracks, with reliable structural strength for long-term heavy-load construction.

Operability

It adopts a pilot hydraulic control system with light operating force and precise control, easy for operators to master quickly. The cab has a wide view and ergonomic layout, reducing fatigue during long-hour operation. The machine features stable swing, precise positioning, smooth travel shifting and coordinated combined movements, capable of fine grading, deep digging, loading and unloading with stable and reliable working efficiency.

Overall Condition

The equipment has been regularly maintained according to specifications with complete maintenance records, and all core large components remain original factory condition.
